These books are a great place to start

Buying Remedies
Note: remedies must be stored away from electronics, phones, microwaves and strong smells and should not be x-rayed at the airport.
- Start with the deluxe remedy kit of thirty-six remedies for $75. It’s cost-effective and includes a quick guide inside: homeopathykits.com.
- For remedies not in the kit, you can purchase Helios remedies or Ollois on Amazon; both are lactose-free. Boiron is not recommended as their remedies are dairy; considering they are not swallowed but rather dissolved under the tongue a Rav should be consulted.
- In Crown Heights, Mrs. Bongart sells lactose-free remedies ($11 each): 718-756-4389.
DIY Matching Remedies
- For a more in-depth reference beyond the mini guide included in the kit, Miranda Castro’s book, “The Complete Homeopathy Handbook” was specifically written for the home user.
- Remedyseeker.com has an app for iPhone and iPad to help you find the right remedy.
